As a Sales Capabilities Coordinator this position will be accountable for BLUE (Execution Strategy) and Category Management in the markets under his responsibility.

This person will develop our categories in key markets, leading strategy and execution with our distributors and key retailers.

Requisitos

BLUE

-          Lead BLUE execution culture with our Distributor in his/her markets

-          Train merchandisers and sales representatives on BLUE principles

-          Track BLUE performance monthly for each market

-          Determine together with market manager and distributor Platinum Stores per market

-          Determine together with Commercial team BLUE assortment per market

-          Develops BLUE reports that help making decisions

-          Identify execution opportunities and takes actions to overcome execution barriers

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

-          Leads Category Management efforts in his/her markets with Distributors and Key Retailers

-          Builds solid partnerships with key retailers in order to develop and growth the categories that are core for each market

-          Develops assortment listing/delisting recommendations

-          Create exhibition strategies of the ideal assortment

-          Supervise correct planograms implementation and compliance

-          Prepares and analyze performance reports in order to identify opportunities
