•Generate Demand insights (demand changes, bias analysis and YoY drivers) and share with the CBU (Category Business Unit), Customer and Trade Directors in monthly S&OP cycle
•Partner with SRM, Commercial finance, Marketing & Supply planning teams to drive brand growth, secure service and reduce costs
•Display Strategic thinking and drive a rolling cross-functional long range forecast (12-24 months). Support the Budget creation
•Build a short and mid-term Consensus forecast with the Customer collaboration team to address in-month changes of performance and drive consistency in the brand add-up of the rolling 12-months
•Support implementation of demand enhancing tools & best practices
•Ensure APO Demand Planning system is correctly administered
•Provide viable forecasts for NPD
•Customer Collaboration team
•Forecast accuracy and sales bias
•Customer service availability & OTIF
•Costs savings (productivity projects & wastage)
Proven experience (FMCG) – Demand Planning.
End-to-end understanding of Supply chain
Proven project management skills.
Strong systems knowledge – computer literate with a strong analytical capability (Excel, SAP & APO experience preferred)
Strong oral and written communication skills
