The eCommerce and Digital team has become strategically important as building block of differential growth expected for the Northern Europe cluster in the next 5 years.
You would be part of a fast paced, high energy team responsible for delivering the company sales, shares and profit growth ambitions through eCommerce.
The team is set up to drive growth through a focus on 4 key areas:
-eCommerce Account Management
-Digital Shelf Capability
-Digital Media and Marketing
The roles within this team are central to the General Mills omni-channel approach and as such have daily interaction across all functions and brands in the business. Applicants will need to demonstrate success in working as part of a cross-functional team. The person will also have demonstrated capacity to be comfortable with uncertainty, have a customer centric approach, a very strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion and energy for all things digital.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications / Work Experience / Technical Skills
Experience working within e-commerce FMCG, agency, or retail desirable
Commercial experience in FMCG retail environment (Account Management or Buying)
Experience in agency side Digital Marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution
Experience in working cross-functionally (especially Marketing, sales and supply chain)
Essential experience in Data / Analytics handling, interpretations
Intermediate + Excel
Exposure or understanding of consumer and Shopper marketing.
