Job Description

We are a passionate, highly dynamic entrepreneurial ‘new ventures’ team recently formed within General Mills focused on launching an exciting new portfolio of natural &organic nutrition brands into the UK and EU market.

This role is the opportunity to work closely with us in a dynamic environment and support us as we launch this portfolio-the perfect work experience opportunity for anyone who aspires to learn how to launch and grow ‘a start-up’ brand in the UK within a multi-national framework from the ground up.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Sampling/event execution and key ambassador of our ‘brand in hand’ strategy

Key liaison and management of agency and event partners

On site coordination of both planned and ad hoc events

Identify and execute tactical sampling opportunities on a regular basis across festivals, offices and out-of-home venues and collating/reporting consumer feedback

Live social media content creation on our owned channel (Instagram) from brand events

Digital marketing

Social media monitoring, coordination of community management with our consumer base including UGC and reporting

Updating websites / writing online copy

Industry research and social listening of our brands+competitive set

SEO/SEM co-ordination with brand team

Creative asset development

E-commerce assets

In-store point of sale materials

Customer engagement tools

Support potential new e-commerce models

Team events management+ co-ordination+execution

General admin assistance

Qualifications

The Person

You’ll need:

A business, marketing, media, PR, events or creative orientated graduate degree

To be a digital native proficiency in Instagram platform and analytics with an appetite for constant upskilling

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organisational and project management skills and ability to prioritise

Resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment and work with agency teams to execute vision

Strong analytical skills to drive recommendation for brands

An affinity for events and passion for people
