Roles & Responsibilities

Operating within the context of the Yogurt Regional Business Unit (RBU), the Senior Brand Manager (SBM) will design the regional brand strategy to drive profitable share growth through the key markets. The Senior Brand Manager will lead the regional innovation & renovation pipeline while developing the communication strategy & assets. 

The Senior Brand Manager will work collaboratively with the local activation teams across the key markets in Europe to ensure the relevance and successful implementation of the brands development projects. 

The Senior Brand Manager will be part of a Regional brands development team with the goal of maximizing the long term equity and profitability of the Brands, and will be required to show appropriate leadership to the wider business through the leading cross-functional teams.

Our Brands in Europe are: Panier, Petits Filous, Yop, Perle de Lait, Liberté, Calin.



Reporting to a Regional Marketing Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

•Leadership of key innovation, brand renovation, communication and initiatives

•Proactive contribution to the mid and long term brand development strategy

•Work in partnership with the regional Brand Development Team, Regional Executive Team and market teams to deliver the Long Range Plans – turnover, margin expansion and marketing margin

•Ensure sharing of best practices across the European and Australia marketing teams, advice and support country markets

•Control of budget of own projects and making expenditure and procurement decisions appropriate to maximize business results/ ROI

•Manage the monthly product management communication cycle, coordinating and chairing the monthly meetings with Markets, Regional and Global stakeholders.



The Person

Skills & Qualifications


•University degree in Marketing, Business or related field

•6+ years of strong Consumer Marketing experience with  leading FMCG  or other related companies/industries

•Proven track record on Innovation and Renovation and experience of working in a Development/Activation marketing team structure – someone that thrives in this model

•Experienced in developing communication campaigns

•Strong stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills, ability to navigate in a matrix and align teams around one common goal

•Excellent project management

•Natural collaborator, with strong leadership and people skills

•Real passion for food
