Job Description

The Role:

As a Supply Chain Graduate you will support our growth and the agility required in our Supply Chain Team. Working with our Customers, Supply and Demand Chain  functions on weekly processes, reporting, whilst identifying opportunities to simplify work.

Key Responsibilities:


•Supporting the team with the monthly forecasting cycle

•Supporting the team with promotional planning, tracking and data analysis


•Reporting shortages and managing delivery queries for key customers, and managing delivery enquiries for convenience customers.

•Investigating daily issues on service to customers.

•Identifying key insights.

•Reviewing customer ordering behaviour and ensuring conformance to agreed terms of Supply.


•Weekly & monthly KPIs.

•EPOS trackers

•NFT delivery/failure tracker


Who are we looking for?

•Predicted or achieved min 2:1 in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or closely related degree subject
