Roles & Responsibilities

This is a regional role which encompasses Europe & Australasia.

This role is responsible for a critical capability development project to standardize, systemize and implement stronger Trade Terms across the region that are more rewarding for both General Mills and our retail partners. In addition through the Price Floor Model this role will provide visibility on pricing opportunities across markets and customers to aid the Clusters in the identification of appropriate SRM action plans.

This is a challenging role that requires outstanding leadership and influencing skills across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

You will have ideally both a Sales and Finance background.

Strategic Revenue Management is a General Mills global capability demonstrating the business’s commitment to accelerating our competence in this field across geographies and markets.

The role of the EUAU SRM function is to develop cohesive SRM strategies, tools & capabilities that can be implemented in local markets to support and equip them to become even more customer and execution focussed.


Key Responsibilities

•Test & refine MRSP’s and List Prices in partnership

•Standardize and systemize Trade Investment Framework across markets

•Implement the framework in core markets

•Determination of net 1, 2 & 3 pricing governance for local markets

•Manage, review and maintain the framework

•Extend TTI framework to new geographies & markets

•Provide visibility to net price floor pricing opportunities

•Work with Clusters to identify appropriate SRM action plans

Skills & Qualifications


Qualifications / Work Experience / Technical Skills

•University degree

•At least 5 years FMCG, retail or supplier is essential

•Sales and/ or Finance experience is essential

•MS&P/ SRM experience is desirable

•European/ Australasian experience is desirable

•Experience of delivering results through working in cross-functional teams

•Very strong leadership and influencing skills

•Strong commercial and analytical skills
