Job Description

  Deliver against key supply chain and business KPI’s plus Day-to-day logistics performance.

  Plan inbound stocks from factory, production planning & factory liaison.

  Co-pack Project Management; Co-pack Materials & Finished Product planning.

  Develop a robust rolling 18-month forecast and be the Supply Chain contact for convenience customers.

  Demand Control; track abnormal demand, manage forecast consumption and Available to Promise.

  Represent the Supply Chain within your cross-functional Brand leadership teams.

  Master data maintenance & accuracy.

  Stock optimisation, inventory planning:

  SKU classification/segmentation, Adjust stock strategies through stock builds and peak periods

  Accurate Stock reconciliation

  Cross functional working with customer demand planning and logistics through peak periods and     daily/weekly/monthly processes:

  Daily demand review, Integrated Business Mgt process including Business Review Meetings

  Demand/supply review with commercial and SC teams

  Promotional periods, Events  

  Influencing the business ensuring process adherence and best practise

  NPD management:

  Use our Plan for success template for New Product launches, ensure key milestones are hit and adherence to    NPD launch strategy

  Working with manufacturing plant to agree min production runs, frequency, replenishment strategy

  Identifying Margin Management opportunities

  Visits to manufacturing plants (France), distributors (UK), and off site team meetings.

Qualifications

  Fluent French is a must

  Supply or Demand planning experience in food or consumer goods, broad Supply Chain understanding

  Good educational calibre

  Great communicator, able to collaborate and influence with a wide range of stakeholders.

  Able to demonstrate good planning and administration skills, strong attention to detail
