Job Description

This position will join the Marketing Services and Operations (MSO) group to assist with project intake, contract compliance, portfolio optimization, capability development, design, Quality Assurance, process improvement, and more. This role will provide day-to-day support for integrated brand campaigns that include both digital and traditional components. They will work closely with internal teams and brand leads to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time and on budget and that expectations are surpassed. This position will interface with global teams across MSO, Marketing, and Design Agencies to best meet the need of all clients.


  • Partner and consult with marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and strategies

  • Act as the team’s main point of contact and facilitating communications for all project related issues

  • Drive project team to achieve deadlines, milestones, and quality goals

  • Lead the development of scope of works to define and detail project scope, costs, and execution plans

  • Communicate project status, requirements, changes, risks, and issues to appropriate stakeholders, including brand leads and escalate conflicts when needed

  • Manage and deliver small and large scale projects/budgets working within multi-disciplinary teams

  • Assist with scorecard formation and measurement

  • Define and drive cost and time saving opportunities

Qualifications

  • Experience in content and design is essential

  • +2 years and agency experience in the content, design space is desired

  • Leader with strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Results oriented and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong at multitasking (across a high volume of projects and clients) and working under pressure to meet tight time schedules

  • Experience translating business requirements to technical specifications

  • Experience with risk assessment/management and project scheduling

  • Ability to prepare all project documentation, including production / project plans, statements of work, and status reports

  • Effectively managing communication and expectations with internal and external teams including vendors

  • Experience holding responsibility for project delivery and financial management

  • Successful in defining process and leading process improvement

  • Willing to learn and adapt style/ approach as needed

  • Comfortable with change

  • Good attention to detail
