Provide administrative and secretarial support
to the Group President of Region (Asia & Latin America) and six other key
Leadership Team based in Singapore, with tasks including but not limited to
calendar management, expenses reporting travel arrangements, meeting
Identify and implement initiatives to streamline
administration processes, including negotiations with vendors to secure the
best value e.g. corporate hotels, transport services, stationery, IDD calls
Support local office in general administrative
tasks e.g. create and maintain legal entity files, procure official signatures
and project approvals, order office supplies etc.
Prepare expense reports and required
documentations for key leaders in the Singapore Office
At least a Diploma or relevant qualification in
Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in
Prior working experience in Multinational
Corporation with support to a number of key leaders
Excellent knowledge in computer literacy with
advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Mature, independent and able to work with
Proactive and results-oriented, able to balance
priorities, work through unexpected obstacles, and deliver on time
Organized with good planning skills, meticulous
Positive working attitude and good interpersonal
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English
