Job Description
We're looking for a high-energy Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fast-paced, stakeholder-intensive role where you'll manage multiple priorities simultaneously, own key relationships, and drive performance across a complex portfolio — all without needing to be told what to do.
You'll be the central point of contact for an external agency relationship and a range of internal stakeholders across our network. Your work will directly support patient acquisition outcomes across our clinics, making this a role with genuine commercial impact.
This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll pick things up, run with them, and close the loop.
Agency & Campaign Management
- Own the day-to-day management of a key agency relationship, including briefing, review cycles, performance accountability, and escalation.
- Oversee digital campaigns across the portfolio, with oversight of spend effectiveness, lead quality, and optimisation.
- Identify risks within agency delivery and contribute to strategic recommendations on scope or structure.
Digital Performance
- Manage and continuously improve a portfolio of digital presences, ensuring they are SEO/GEO-optimised, on-brand, and converting.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics, maintaining regular visibility for senior stakeholders without manual effort.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with a range of demanding, time-poor stakeholders — including senior professionals, clinic leads, and operations directors.
- Manage onboarding of new stakeholders into existing marketing frameworks, from initial briefing through to activation.
- Maintain regular touchpoints to share performance data, gather feedback, and build confidence.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on channel performance, agency delivery, and emerging issues.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to identify efficiencies, optimisations, and areas of overlap.
Qualifications
About You
- At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, account management, or stakeholder-facing marketing roles — agency-side experience is highly regarded.
- Proven experience managing agency relationships, including holding agencies to brief, budget, and timeline.
- Genuine understanding of digital marketing mechanics: SEO/GEO, paid search, website performance, and Google My Business.
- A track record of building effective relationships with demanding or time-poor stakeholders.
- High energy, outstanding communication, and a strong bias toward action — you're known as someone who follows through.
- Comfort making decisions and moving quickly without perfect information.
Experience in healthcare or a regulated marketing environment is an advantage, though not essential
Additional Information
Our staff tell us it's the people they work with that makes them stay. It's pretty special being part of one of Australia's leading healthcare networks.
