Job Overview

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support and manage day-to-day desktop, laptop, network, and user account-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support to end users.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, applications, printers, and peripherals.

• Create, modify, disable, and manage user email IDs and email accounts.

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other email clients.

• Manage basic Active Directory user accounts, passwords, groups, and access permissions.

• Handle basic DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP-related issues.

• Configure and troubleshoot printers and shared network resources.

• Perform software installation, upgrades, patching, and antivirus support.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and update support tickets/documentation.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11.

• Experience in Email ID creation and email configuration.

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi networking.

• Experience with Outlook troubleshooting and configuration.

• Knowledge of hardware replacement and peripheral troubleshooting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting corporate/enterprise users.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 will be an added advantage.

• Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
