About the Role :
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head for IT Services with a strong track record in international markets, including the US, UK, APAC, Middle East, or Europe.
This role requires someone who can drive revenue growth, build global client relationships, lead sales teams, and expand our footprint in new technology markets.
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong exposure to enterprise accounts, and the ability to lead consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Strategy: Own and drive international sales strategy across assigned geographies.
Develop and execute a clear GTM plan for IT services (software development, digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, managed services, etc.).
Define quarterly and annual revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement. Client Acquisition & Account Growth
Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise IT service deals.
Build and maintain C-level client relationships in global markets.
lead solution-based consultative selling to understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing international sales team.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and create a culture of winning.
Business Expansion & Partnerships:
Expand presence in new countries and sectors.
Build long-term partnerships with technology companies, consulting firms, and channel partners.
Generate new opportunities through networking, events, and strategic alliances.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and proposals.
Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–18+ years in international IT services sales with measurable success.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Strong understanding of technology services:
o Software Development
o Digital Transformation
o AI/ML & Data
o Managed IT Services
Experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, Product Heads, Procurement Teams, and Technology Leaders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Pre-sales, Marketing).
Strong network in US/UK/Europe/APAC is a plus.
Comfort working in a performance-driven, high-growth environment.
