Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to lead technical efforts throughout the entire CRM project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and integration with various applications, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to building Proofs of Concept (POC).

• Implement best practices to develop scalable, upgradable solutions in line with the product roadmap.

• Collaborate across all phases of CRM projects, including planning, analysis, design, build, and testing.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, workflows, and Web API integrations.

• Develop reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI.

• Manage DevOps pipelines and support cloud-based CRM systems.

• Handle data migration tasks, including analysis, mapping, and harmonization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization.

• Proficient in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.

• Experience in SaaS environments, SQL Server, C#, .NET, and web technologies (HTML, AngularJS).

• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies.

• Strong problem-solving and technical expertise in CRM implementations.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Logic Apps, Azure Functions, PCF controls, and ReactJS.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
