Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
