GenZS Recruitment Solutions is Hiring: Experienced IT Services Sales Executive

Eligibility:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Any Branch)/MCA and MBA (preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a sales person in the IT services industry

Job Description:

• Generate leads (new customers), create a sales funnel, and close the right customers
• Meet and exceed yearly revenue targets for the IT services business
• Stay updated with trends in the technology industry and emerging technologies
• Conduct organized and well-planned sales calls, including both scheduled and cold calls
• Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to generate more leads
• Act as a customer champion by understanding and speaking from the customer’s perspective

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong functional knowledge of existing and modern technologies (e.g., iOS and Android Apps, Frontend, Backend technologies like Angular, React, Kubernetes, Cloud, etc.), and eMobility
• A technology enthusiast who enjoys learning and applying new technologies
• Ability to understand customer requirements and position GenZS Recruitment Solutions to deliver the expected solutions
• Proven ability to find new leads, nurture them, create a funnel, and close deals
• Expertise in using social media for marketing and generating sales leads
• Strong negotiation and closing skills in the IT services business
• Ability to create commercial proposals and respond to RFPs from prospective customers
• Excellent communication skills (both listening and speaking) and presentation skills
• Established customer connections in India, US, Europe, and other global markets within the IT services industry
