Job Description: SAP GRC Consultant (5-10 Years Experience)

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, Udaipur  

Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)  

Work Mode: Onsite - Work from Office

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Process Control. This 6-month contract has the potential for extension and requires onsite work from one of our offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Udaipur. Flexibility with shift timings is required to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Work with business users to gather requirements, design, and deploy GRC solutions that meet compliance and audit needs.
- Manage SAP GRC Access Control workflows, including user provisioning, access risk analysis, and role management.
- Perform GRC risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for business processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, audit controls, and internal governance standards using GRC tools.
- Customize SAP GRC to integrate with other SAP modules like SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP GRC implementations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of GRC applications.
- Provide training and support to business users on SAP GRC functionalities.
- Prepare technical documentation, including configuration guides, workflows, and risk assessment reports.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP GRC Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Experience in configuring SAP GRC workflows, user access controls, and role management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.) and audit processes.
- Experience integrating SAP GRC with other SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Shift Details:
- Flexible shift timings based on business needs, with the possibility of working in different time zones if required.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months with the potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.
- Work Location: This is an onsite role requiring you to work from one of our offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Udaipur.
