Job Description: SAP ARIBA Consultant (5-10 Years Experience)

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, Udaipur  
Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ARIBA Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP ARIBA solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier management. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring onsite presence at one of our offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Udaipur. Flexibility in shift timings is necessary to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Procurement, Ariba Sourcing, and Ariba Contracts.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that optimize procurement processes.
- Manage supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Facilitate integration between SAP Ariba and other SAP modules such as SAP MM and FICO.
- Provide expertise in the Ariba procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, and invoice management.
- Customize Ariba solutions to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of SAP Ariba applications.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Ariba procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba solutions.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP Ariba and other SAP modules (MM, FICO).
- Familiarity with procurement compliance and governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Shift Details:
- Flexible shift timings based on business needs, with the possibility of working in different time zones if required.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months with the potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.
- Work Location: This is an onsite role requiring you to work from one of our offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Udaipur.
