Job Description: SAP FICO Consultant (5-10 Years Experience)

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, Udaipur  

Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)  

Work Mode: Onsite - Work from Office  

Shift Timings: As per Business Requirements (Flexible)

 

Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet business needs. This is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension, and requires the consultant to work from one of our offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Udaipur. The position will require flexibility with shift timings, aligned with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Provide expertise in Management Accounting (CO), including Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders.
- Support business users by troubleshooting and resolving issues within the FI and CO modules.
- Customize and enhance SAP FICO functionalities as per the business needs.
- Facilitate integration between FICO and other modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform data migration and reconciliation of financial information during upgrades or system changes.
- Lead system testing phases (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for FICO configurations.
- Document technical processes, configuration changes, and prepare user training materials.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing).
- Experience with SAP FICO customizations and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO is an advantage.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex financial processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business teams.

Shift Details:
- Flexible shift timings based on business needs, with the possibility of working in different time zones if required.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months with the potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.
- Work Location: This is an onsite role requiring you to work from one of our offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Udaipur.
