Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support exhibitions and events, including registration, ordering services, packing/unpacking, shipping, lead management, budget, and expense tracking
  • Booth layout and design, booth vendor selection and negotiation
  • Coordinate the design of promotional materials for events, both print and electronic
  • Promote our products and services during events
  • Attend selected tradeshows
  • Collect leads and competitor intelligence during tradeshow
  • Enter and track leads performance in CRM
  • Communicate marketing intelligence gained from events to commercial teams
  • Track event campaign ROIs
  • Manage marketing gift inventory, vendor selection and purchase of gifts 
  • Supply other teams with requested Marketing collaterals and gifts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Marketing, or Communications
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-facing/customer-facing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
