• Claims/Enrollment group
• This position is in the Enterprise PMO, and would report to a Director of the PMO over the Claims and Enrollment Portfolio.
• The Director is looking for a Sr PM who can handle multiple stakeholders, a dynamic political landscape, differing opinions, and help consolidate those varying opinions to drive the project(s) forward.
• The Director will be looking for someone who is humble, knowledgeable, assertive, proactive, and savvy.

The below areas of experience would be ideal:

• Healthcare experience from a Payer’s perspective
• Healthcare Claims projects experience
• Healthcare Enrollment/Eligibility projects experience
• Healthcare Capitation experience & FFS Claims
• Provider data management experience
• Experience with Claims certification, auditing, and recovery
• Experience with end to end processing

Skills:

• Must have 5 -7+ years of experience managing projects.
• Experience with Project Methodologies, such as: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word.
• Great Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have:

• SDLC knowledge
• PMP Certification
