- Must have solid experience with developing ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) in , Text To Speech and web services to interact with mainframe screen
- Avaya Experience Portal development with Orchestration Designer
- Experience with TN3270 systems used in conjunction with IVR systems
- Experience with IVR speech recognition development
- Design and develop call routing and voice self-service applications
- Develop call flows and design specifications for speech applications
