Job Description

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience of US recruitment experience with direct clients.
  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Must have good experience working with VMS/MSP portal for big clients.
  • Experience with W2 staffing, H1b corp to corp and Full Time
  • Good understanding of contracting terms and vendor engagement
  • Good to have experience working directly with large clients.
  • Experienced candidates must have experience and understanding of IT Recruitment.
  • Experienced candidate must have understanding about US recruitment process 
  • Excellent Communication (Written & oral) Skills, People Skills, Negotiation Skills 
  • Understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles for those requirements 
  • Must be team player Can work in all situations. 
  • Must have experience using job portals like monster, Dice etc.

Qualifications

Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients
Should have exposure of working on W2
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be from US recruitment background
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Must be proactive & self-driven.
Must be a quick thinker.
Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099).
Should be well versed with various visas.
Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
