• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Courses, or any related field

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Recruitment

• Must have prior experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates using different job sites and social media platforms

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Good management and organizational skills
