The Service Advisor will actively contribute to the achievement of the Department’s objectives by acting as a bridge between the department and the end customer while ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency and workshop loading.

The selected candidate is expected to:

• be computer literate;
• have excellent communication skills;
• have very good command of the Maltese and English language;
• have a clean driving license;
• be able to work to high standards of customer care and satisfaction under minimum supervision;
• be an effective team player and enjoy working with people.

Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Automotive industry will be considered an asset.
