Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Contracts Administrator & Quality Control. Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, the selected candidates’ main duties and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Monitoring and supervising all callouts related to JLL contract using proprietary software.
  • Follow up with Team Leaders to ensure that all the work orders are being handled in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with Team Leaders to ensure that all preventive maintenance is being planned and executed in due time and satisfactory on a monthly basis.
  • Handling small projects from commencement up to a finish, striving to deliver the best quality product to the customer.
  • Compiling risk assessments and method statements when necessary.
  • Handling of all job sheets related to JLL contract, including any administrative work as required.
  • Attending to on-site meetings held regularly at customers premises.
  • Conducting site visits regularly as part of quality control measures and audits.
  • Assisting Team Leaders in quotations when and as required.
  • To carry out other duties as directed by superior.

Qualifications

The ideal applicant for this post should have:

  • Have an ‘A’ Level standard of education, an Mcast Level 4 qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification;
  • Previous experience will be considered an asset;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications;
  • Have a good eye for detail;
  • Be self-motivated and prepared to work on own initiative;
  • Have an excellent command of English language;
  • Have well developed organizational and interpersonal skills.
