Mekanika is a leading operator in the Building and Engineering Services Industry, specialising in mechanical and electrical contracting, HVAC solutions, lifts and escalators, industrial products and facilities management. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our team.

We are seeking to employ a highly motivated person to join our company as a Lift Technician. Reporting to the Industrial Products Senior Manager, the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:

The ideal candidate will:

• Service and maintain elevators to meet required standards.
• Assist with electrical and mechanical installations, adjustments, and alignment.
• Test and commission escalators and hydraulic/traction elevators.
• Perform fault finding, repairs, and maintenance, including component replacements.
• Update reports and documentation for maintenance and works.
• Address client complaints and provide solutions with supervisor.
• Upgrade components/systems software as needed.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance as per manufacturer’s manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.
