Mekanika is a leading operator in the Building and Engineering Services Industry, specialising in mechanical and electrical contracting, BMS, ELVs, HVAC solutions, lifts and escalators, industrial products and facilities management. Due to further expansion, the above-mentioned career opportunity has now arisen.

Working as part of an existing team, the selected candidate would be expected to perform the following duties:

• Basic plumbing and general electrical works;
• Gypsum/drywall installations;
• Painting;
• General installations and repairs on windows, doors and hardware;
• Tile and skirting repairs;
• General preventative maintenance.

The selected candidate will preferably:

• Have at least 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role within the Building Service Industry;
• Have a good command of the English language;
• Have a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and workplace safety;
• Be self-motivated and reliable;
• Be a team player with honest and mature personality.
