Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team as an Electrical Team Coordinator. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all electrical maintenance activities and service contracts are efficiently managed, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and supervise all FMT contracts, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the CRM system.
  • Manage and oversee work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to ensure all preventive maintenance is properly planned and executed.
  • Attend regular onsite or online meetings with clients as required.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as part of quality control and audit processes.
  • Support Team Leaders in preparing quotations when necessary.
  • Lead teams of technicians and maintenance staff on specific projects.
  • Provide technical assistance to resolve issues and support continuous improvement in maintenance operations.

Qualifications

Requirements for this role:

  • Possess relevant qualifications which include the Electrical Licence A & B as a minimum.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance coordination, supervision, or team leadership.
  • Be computer conversant in the use of Microsoft applications.
  • Have a good command of the English language.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership and quality assurance.
