About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing incoming materials, preparing orders for installation crews, and maintaining an efficient and clean warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Receive deliveries and verify all incoming products for accuracy and condition
• Accurately record materials in inventory software system
• Stage garage door orders for upcoming installations
• Assist installers with loading and unloading trucks
• Help track and maintain maintenance schedules for company equipment
• Organize inventory and ensure products are stored in correct locations
• Consolidate materials to maximize warehouse space and efficiency
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reporting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Perform light janitorial duties in warehouse and office areas

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills  
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Welding experience is a plus.
