Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be a vital support role to our sales team.  You will help our sales team be a success by providing quality customer service and assistance to the sales team achieve their targets. 

The person in this role must have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a “fast-paced” environment and deliver the best customer service possible.     

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and assistance to the customer in response to their inquiries about our products and service.
  • Scheduling customer appointment with sales representatives when needed.
  • Creating and distributing quotes to customers and processing payments for sold orders.
  • Following up with customers on quotes and assisting with any questions they may have.
  • Updating and maintaining customer information and quotes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.  May also be responsible for running reports to track quotes and sales.
  • Managing the Virtual Presentation process.
  • Gains a strong understanding of our products to articulate to our customers and be able to explain the value of our experience and unmatched service.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a sales support or customer service environment.   
  • Service oriented and demonstrates the ability to handle a variety of customer situations, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.  
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detail.
  • Openness and willingness to change with the needs of the business
  • Present our company and products in a professional manner at all times.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
