Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON​

What you will focus on
Deliver polished 3D content with technical compliance and minimal supervision and provide suggestions on new content creation.By working independently across modeling, mapping (UV, normal...), and integration.

What it means on a daily basis​

  • Deliver low poly 3D models for characters, environment and props
  • Deliver high poly sculpture with high-quality respecting the art brief, instructions and received feedback
  • Handle all 3D production steps including modeling, map baking (UV, Normal, Specular...), texturing, rendering, implementation in the engine
  • Correctly get and update the tasks from Jira and provide clear status updates to the team.

What success will look like

  • Deliver art assets that meet the technical requirements defined and overseen by the Art and Tech leaders of the project, allowing a smooth handling of the asset to other artists following the pipeline and/or allowing a smooth integration into the game engine.
  • Be able to adapt and learn new tools, engine, workflows/pipeline, art style and direction
  • Deliver art assets within the timeline defined by the Art and Project leaders for this project and the junnior seniority (can be an average of delivery time as some assets might be delayed but others finished ahead of time)

Who you would be working with

  • You will be working with GFX Studio Artist Lead, Producer, GFX team, GD team, Dev team, and QA team

Where can this role take you

  • Advance into focused roles such as Character Artist, Environment Artist, Technical Artist, or VFX Artist.
  • Opportunities to contribute to 2D Art, Concept Design, and Rigging/Animation.
  • Step up to Senior 3D Artist, GFX Lead, or Art Director positions on new and live titles.
  • Hands-on one-on-one mentorship, internal art workshops, and continuous training in production pipelines.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED​

  • Solid foundation in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering optimized for mobile games.
  • Proficiency with industry standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush) and texturing tools (Substance 3D Painter, Photoshop).
  • Understanding of mobile performance constraints (poly counts, texture atlasing, and LODs)..
  • Strong eye for form, silhouette, color, and visual storytelling in stylized or realistic art styles.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and cross-discipline teamwork.
