Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Design and Production

  • Adapt and create designs for various marketing purposes, including banners, social media graphics, app store images, and promotional materials.
  • Work with the Creative Lead and Senior Designers to develop creative assets for cross-promotions, user acquisition campaigns, and advertising platforms.
  • Adapt and create branding materials, such as logos, infographics, presentations, and event-specific designs like posters and merchandise.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platform or format, including print and digital channels.

Communication

  • Incorporate client feedback (lead/internal teams/licensor) and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time.
  • Respond promptly to feedback from stakeholders, including marketing, legal, and licensing teams, ensuring the final product aligns with requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and consistently contribute fresh, creative ideas.
  • Provide input into the creative direction, shaping the overall narrative and tone of 2D assets.

Consistency & Guidelines

  • Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across 2D materials, maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across campaigns and platforms.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Organization & Reporting

  • Manage and organize design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.
  • Prepare final deliverables in various formats, ready for deployment across platforms like social media, app stores, or print.

Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative techniques to the projects.
  • Propose creative solutions to improve the quality and engagement of marketing materials.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition and branding
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback
  • Solid artistic sensibilities, keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in continually innovating and exploring new techniques.
  • A willingness to learn about game-engine content manipulation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
  • An online portfolio and/or demo reel, which must be included with your application.

Pluses:

  • Demonstrated interest and experience working in video games, consumer products, or entertainment industry
  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia is recommended
