Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Rendering Programmer to optimize and bridge the gap between the needs of the game and those of the technical artists.

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

  • Understanding the needs of technical artists
  • Implementing rendering techniques in order to optimise the game’s graphics
  • Develop and optimize graphics features (shaders, lighting, post-processing)
  • Ensure high performance and visual quality across platforms (PC, console, mobile)
  • Work closely with artists and tech teams to bring visuals to life
  • Write and maintain custom shaders and rendering code
  • Adapt visuals for cross-platform compatibility
  • Use tools like Unreal Engine, C++, and HLSL

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in programming
  • Mastery of C++
  • Mastery of shader languages (GLSL, HLSL, etc.)
  • Graphics programming is a major asset
  • Experience in game production is a major asset
  • Strong experience in Unreal Engine
  • Solid understanding of rendering technologies, including shaders, materials, post-processing, and rendering pipelines
  • Experience in performance optimization and profiling across various platforms
  • Strong hardware knowledge across mobile, PC, and console environments
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical art teams and artists
  • Background in games development is required
