Job Description
As a Junior Product Marketing, you’ll help bring our games to life through thoughtful marketing planning and execution. You’ll support both day-to-day marketing activities and the longer-term strategy behind our titles, working closely with the product marketing team at our Brisbane Studio.
This role plays a key part in delivering marketing initiatives across multiple channels and touchpoints, contributing creative ideas, supporting campaigns, and helping our games reach and resonate with players around the world.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the live operation of our games on PC and console and assist with upcoming titles in the pipeline.
- Manage and update game storefronts, working closely with the Creative Arts team to keep assets fresh, relevant, and aligned with seasonal updates and sales.
- Support pricing management and platform sales planning, including contributing to annual tactical pricing plans in collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Coordinate asset approvals with licensing partners and help ensure timelines are met.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing updates of marketing plans, using player insights and aligning with the game roadmap to grow brand awareness and the player base.
- Support the development and execution of marketing programs, including creative activations, viral content, and partnerships, by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Web, UA, Social & Digital, Influencer, PR, and others).
- Collaborate with Community and Social teams to help shape community programs that support and reflect the overall brand direction.
- Support influencer campaigns by working with content creators across different regions and markets.
- Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional assets such as trailers, web assets, screenshots, and store descriptions.
- Help develop clear, engaging marketing copy and narratives for press releases, media and influencer materials, and brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse marketing performance, supporting regular reporting to studio management and HQ, and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Around 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell clear and engaging stories.
- Background in gaming, entertainment, or digital brands—especially experience with a successful live PC/console game—is an advantage Good time-management and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- A creative mindset and an interest in building results-oriented marketing initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
