Job Description
Embedded into an analytics team, this role will collaborate closely with Big Data Engineers and Data Analysts building different analytics solutions for the company. This profile is fully focused on shaping the data so it’s structured, clean, usable and understandable for our clients: the game teams.
This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining our data infrastructure so that business users across the company can take informed, data driven decisions.. You'll work extensively with Google BigQuery, utilizing dbt for data modeling and transformation, and Airflow to orchestrate and schedule our data pipelines. You'll be responsible for Your responsibilities will also include ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability as we deliver insights to key stakeholders.
We’re looking for a data engineer who enjoys collaborating and learning within a team. You'll have access to mentorship from experienced engineers to help you grow your skills and contribute effectively.
Daily responsibilities
Create and maintain data models.
Create and maintain ETL processes.
Provide support to analysts and data scientists.
Define and create BI tool measures, dimensions and dashboards that are globally used across games.
Maintain a cloud data warehouse.
Ensure data quality and good performance.
Qualifications
Data Engineer with more than 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in at least one common query language.
Proficiency in Data modeling, ETL processes and tools.
Knowledge of Python or another programming language.
Ability to understand the business needs and to tailor technical solution to user and client requirements.
