We’re looking for a passionate and creative Lead 3D Artist to guide our team in bringing characters and worlds to life. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on artistry with leadership — shaping the look and feel of our projects, mentoring talented artists, and ensuring the highest quality in everything we deliver. You’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director and other teams to push artistic boundaries, solve challenges, and inspire those around you. If you love both creating and leading, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and inspire a team of 3D artists and animators.
  • Create and review high-quality 3D assets (modeling, texturing, materials).
  • Work closely with the Art Director to maintain style and quality.
  • Support the team with feedback, mentoring, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to solve artistic and technical challenges.
  • Keep projects on schedule while ensuring assets meet performance and visual goals.

What we value

  • Strong artistic and technical 3D skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring artists.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for games.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Strong portfolio of 3D artworks (characters, props, environments) and animations.
  • Solid skills in modeling, texturing, shading, rigging, and animation pipelines (high & low poly, PBR).
  • Proficiency with tools like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance, Photoshop, and game engines (Unity/Unreal).
  • Understanding of game mechanics, optimization, and cross-platform production.
  • Familiarity with shaders, VFX, mocap, and procedural animation.
  • Strong artistic fundamentals: form, anatomy, silhouette, motion.
  • Great communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  • Passion for games, pop culture, and current art trends.
  • Fluent in English.
