Job Description

Being a part of the Gameloft Marketing department, your main objectives will be to increase organic visibility and conversion rate for the games of your portfolio. You will be in charge of planning the ASO strategy from scratch and find new opportunities to grow your games. You will be the keeper of organic performance, optimizing, tracking and reporting. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build the ASO yearly roadmap in accordance to new releases and objectives set up by each of the Game teams. 

  • Implement the keyword optimization strategy for all the markets: from keyword research to keyword analysis. 

  • Ensure that store visual and written assets comply with store's guidelines and policies. 

  • Implement the store A/B testing strategy from the beginning to end: build roadmap and hypothesis, create the assets, apply the tests and monitor closely impact on performance. 

  • Define and launch In-app events and promotional content cards in order to boost store performance and revenue.  

  • Create marketing decks to present the latest game updates to our Partners and get featured on the store.  

  • Take care of the submission of new visual and written assets on all the consoles. 

  • Monitor store average rating and reviews and, if needed, challenge the in-app prompt strategy.  

  • Build reports to monitor and communicate games’ store performance to game teams.  

  • Conduct regular competitor’s benchmark and stay abreast of the latest market trends. 

  • Test new features and experiment new ideas to grow your games’ performance. 

  • Ensure alignment with Game Manager and collaborate with Product Manager (monetization side) (PM), Producer (product development side) to achieve the best possible product performance.    

  • Analyze the marketing performance, game performance, and contribute inputs in game development by making recommendations to improve user acquisition, user experience, engagement, retention and to integrate in-game promotional events and marketing mechanisms better.   

  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders involved such as game marketing assets, legal teams, partners, and licensors. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Product marketing / Growth marketing / ASO for mobile games and/or applications with massive users.  

  • Knowledge and passion for video games from hardcore gamers titles to casual social games, and entertainment in general.  

  • Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry.  

  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous mind.  

  • Creative skills (ads, videos) to brief Marketing assets and collaborate with artists.  

  • Good experience in different video game monetization models (ads, IAP, pay-mium ...) and UA ideally in digital entertainment industry.

  • Strong leadership and advanced English communication to be able to coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders in our studio network. 

  • Ability to work autonomously. 

  • Ability to work with a wide range of profiles (business, game design, analysts, etc.).  

  • Great presentation & reporting skills; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

  • Experience with Sensor Tower, Apptweak, Mobile action and/or other similar tools.
