Job Description

Integrated in the User Acquisition team, you will be involved in a large scope of topics linked to our digital media campaigns:

  • Collaborate directly & closely with game production teams on planned marketing actions: elaborate dedicated and innovative marketing strategies per game in collaboration with the local game teams and the Senior UA Managers.
  • Benchmark UA creatives from the industry and brief creative concepts to the Internal Creative Agency. Work on the follow up of the different projects, monitor the asset performance and rotate the ads on the different growth channels.
  • Plan & operate advertising campaigns across performance growth channels.
  • Analyze campaigns and use precision optimization to reach games goals.
  • Communicate regularly and clearly, to Senior UA Managers, the plans, status, challenges to meet objectives
  • Benchmarks around the UA innovations and the mobile gaming market trends.

Au sein de l'équipe d'acquisition d'utilisateurs, vous serez impliqué dans de nombreux aspects de nos campagnes de médias numériques :

  • Travailler directement et en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de production sur des opérations de marketing planifiées : élaborer des stratégies de marketing spécifiques et novatrices pour chaque jeu en collaboration avec les équipes de jeux locales et les Senior UA Managers.
  • Faire une veille concurrentielle des créas UA présentes dans l’industrie et briefer de nouveaux concepts de publicités à notre agence créa en interne. Faire le suivi des différents projets mais aussi de la performance des publicités et s’assurer de la bonne rotation des celles-ci sur les différents canaux.
  • Planifier et mener des campagnes publicitaires sur des canaux de croissance de performance.
  • Analyser les campagnes et les optimiser avec précision pour atteindre les objectifs des jeux.
  • Communiquer régulièrement et de façon limpide avec les Senior UA managers pour les tenir informés des plans, de l'état et des défis liés à l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Évaluer les innovations en acquisition d'utilisateurs et les tendances du marché.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • 3rd cycle student from Business Schools, Engineering or Data Science/Analysis cursus
  • First experience during a traineeship will be a plus
  • Data oriented, Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills needed
  • Passionate about gaming and media is a plus
  • English fluent needed - all the meetings are done in English
