1.Work in a team to build strong relationships with high spenders
2.Provide excellent service on email, phone and chat channels – investigate, escalate and solve problems within tight time-frames; explain and guide VIP players through game mechanics
3.Work with the Local VIP Support Coordinator to implement the VIP re-engagement and VIP loyalty bonus programs
4.Gather feedback from VIP players and escalate it to the Local VIP Support Coordinator to improve the service offered
1.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
2.Excellent written and spoken Chinese
3.Intermediate English (preferably)
4.Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
5.Preferably previous experience with handling VIP customers
7.Independent and able to use initiative to find solutions.
8.Great problem-solving skills, ability to take charge make a decision even under pressure
9.Genuine passion for providing excellent service
