Job Description

岗位职责


  1. 根据敏锐的商业嗅觉和对于游戏的深度了解,帮助快速评估pitch/prototype项目的潜力和改进方向
  2. 对游戏的各方面制定量化指标,帮助开发团队制定标准化的评测流程,在版本迭代过程中提供样本历史数据和量化依据。
  3. 参与Gameloft原创阶段游戏的milestone inner test,描述玩游戏的体验与心得,协助开发团队改进游戏体验
  4. 关注线上游戏中的bug和问题,并时刻追踪游戏竞品的情况,找出亮点和不足之处,并提交分析报告
  5. 作为某类型游戏(某领域)的专家, 帮助培训和提高开发团队的相关技能


duties:
1. Based on keen business sense and deep knowledge of game, help to evaluate pitch/prototype project's potential and provide suggestions.
2. Build up standard metrics for different game aspects and standardized evaluation process, which would be used as history samples for version iterating .
3. Join in milestone inner tests for Gameloft games, summarize UX and progression for team to reference.
4. Pay attention to bugs and issues of live games, keep an eye on competitors' all the time, submit a regular report about their pro&con and our strategy.
5. As a game mechanism expert(social/match making/monetization/UX), help to train and improve skill set of production team.

    Qualifications

    能力需求:

    • A. 基本:
    • a) 热爱游戏,热爱手游,具备足够的探索和深度研究游戏的主动性
    • b) 热爱游戏行业,对深入了解行业动态有强烈的自主性
    • c) 愿意融入游戏开发,并结合自己的擅长领域为开发组提供方向和思路
    • d) 对中国市场和移动平台的游戏有透彻理解
    • B. 相关经验:
    • a) 在移动游戏行业内从业5年以上,并具备1年以上高级策划或主策划职位工作经验者优先考虑
    • b) 有至少2款成熟的游戏开发经验,游戏需成功上线并获得一定的成功。有参与过top 100 grossing china mobile games制作者优先考虑
    • c) 深度了解MMORPG类游戏的设计理念,和运营方式。有完整MMORPG类手机游戏开发经验者优先
    • d) 深度体验至少32016年度TOP 100 grossing china mobile games,并全面了解和掌握系统设计概念,玩家游戏动机,付费体验和运营手段等
    • e) 具备游戏经济数值设计,游戏发行或运营经验者优先考虑
    • f) 具备外企工作经验者优先考虑
    • C. 技能需求
    • a) 熟练使用wordexcelpptphotoshop等办公软件
    • b) 具备良好的游戏设计能力,熟知主流游戏(MMORPG,卡牌等)核心设计理念,游戏系统和经济熟知设计能力突出者优先
    • c) 具备优秀的沟通能力,善于表达自己的想法,并且可以指导和调动项目组成员
    • d) 具有优秀的数据分析能力,善于从游戏相关数据,KPI等角度进行分析并得出结论者优先考虑
    • e) 至少英语4级以上水平,需具备优秀的英语读写能力,以及良好的听说能力。
