Job Description

Being a part of Customer Care Team, your main responsibilities include:
- Effectively handle our customer's inquiries through email, phone or other direct or indirect ways;
- Actively keep track and solve customers' complaints in dedicated to Gameloft or Third-Party Company tools.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set: 
- Good Chinese Mandarin writing & speaking skills;
- Good English writing skill;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Responsibility and patience;
- Experience in Customer Care will be a plus;
- Be able to handle other tasks as assigned;
And above all, motivation and a passion for video games!
