Job Description

So, what will your new role look like? 

Participates in developing and implementing GSoft's recruitment strategy, supports managers during employees' selection process and ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment path. You will : 

  • Participate in the development of a recruitment approach adapted to business issues and needs .
  • Effectively advise and support managers from the search launch to hiring the candidate: sourcing, job postings, interviews, selection, job offer. Assess their needs, answer their questions and guide them.   
  • Enrich exchanges from an external expert perspective (market) to help managers in their decision-making process.   
  • Train managers and their teams on recruiting and help them develop recruiting abilities.   
  • Support candidates in the recruitment process.
  • Identify recruiting challenges and improvement opportunities, collaborate in the implementation of initiatives to improve the recruiting process.   
  • Collaborate in projects that will help the candidate experience: tools, processes, Brand, etc.   
  • Implement recruitment strategies and relationships that support workforce diversity, equity and inclusion.   
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records, notes concerning all phases of the recruitment process.   
  • Assess team's staffing and identify gaps and solutions to meet workforce objectives.   
  • Collaborate with teams' leaders to understand their talents' needs for the short and long term.   
  • Participate, guide, advise managers and employees during an internal mobility process.
  • Participate in developing a talent acquisition strategy to respond to business objectives and an attractive employer brand to stimulate candidates' interest.   
  • Proactively share your market knowledge with the recruitment team and managers to improve our collective expertise (presentation, training, etc.).
  • Provide coaching to members of the team on specific aspects of recruitment expertise.
  • Collect, harmonize and analyze the data related to the candidate's experience, make recommendations for improvements.
