ShareGate, what is it?
ShareGate is a simple suite of products specifically designed to help businesses access, adopt, manage and optimize the Office 365 platform. ShareGate empowers IT professionals to get even more from Microsoft Cloud technology, ensuring a better structured, more efficiently organized work flow.
So, what will your new role actually look like?
We are looking for an energetic & passionate person who will be responsible for converting sales opportunities into ShareGate clients. As Account Executive, you will work closely with our SDR team, who is responsible for qualifying sales leads. You will have the chance to close sales opportunities in a fast paced sales environment. You will act as a consultant with every prospect by building relationships and being the go-to for all things ShareGate and Microsoft 365. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who can quickly impact ShareGate's continued growth. Some responsibilities include:
- Continuously convert new clients in order to reach or exceed monthly targets;
- Efficiently manage opportunities in your pipeline & prioritize every sales activity based on CRM data;
- Quickly own ShareGate’s value proposition, understand the Microsoft ecosystem and the prospects needs within the IT industry;
- Own every step of the sales opportunity life cycle (determine the client's needs, demonstrate ShareGate's benefits, and guide the client through the purchasing steps to close the sale);
- Document client’s pains, needs and concernes in order to further develop and refine sales strategies;
- Ensure every client interaction is a positive and memorable experience;
- Work closely with the SDR team to constantly improve the quality of sales opportunities & with the customer success team to ensure seamless implementation for new clients;
- Share client insights with product and marketing teams.
What will your future team look like?
As a ShareGate Account Executive, you will be joining a team of highly motivated, ambitious, passionate & performing sales professionals. With a top sales tech stack including SalesForce, Outreach, Drift and ZoomInfo, our team of SDRs and AEs work closely together to generate conversations with sales leads, create sales opportunities and exceed our sales objectives! We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. Our team is evolving in a fast paced sales environment while educating prospects and clients on how to get the most out of their Microsoft Cloud.
- 3+ years of sales experience with ambitious monthly targets;
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
- Comprehension in French (written and spoken);
- Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them;
- Thrive in an fast-paced environment where expectations are high;
- Experience is dealing with prospects and closing deals on the phone;
- Microsoft 365 knowledge, an asset;
- Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound), an asset;
- Experience with SalesForce, an asset .
