First, ShareGate Desktop: streamlining the migration and classic management to Office 365. Second, ShareGate Apricot: embracing and managing Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc. (Modern Workplace Management). And third, ShareGate Overcast: managing your Azure cloud consumption.

  • Understand the needs of our users, the market and our audience

  • Act as consultants to potential clients

  • Ensure the sale to the client

  • Identify the needs of the customer by asking relevant questions

  • Be an expert of the product and its features

  • Manage the customer relationship

  • Maintain our CRM and the information it contains

  • Offer support to our potential customers during the trial period

This role involves, among other things, becoming an expert for our clients in order to make a difference during their search for the best tool for their project. In addition to demonstrating the value of the product, the BDM helps the customer in the decision process. We differentiate ourselves by offering a first-in-class customer experience and strongly believe in a consultative sales approach. In addition, the BDM is responsible for the customer relationship and will identify cross selling and upselling opportunities. This role will be closely related to our Customer Experience Manager, as they will help customers who need real-time assistance or have simpler business needs. We are looking for someone passionate, energetic and seeking to develop new skills and knowledge.
