At ShareGate, we encourage our IT specialists to become bona fide new technology experts by building on three main strategies, reflected in our multi-product approach. First: ShareGate Desktop ¬- streamlining the migration to Office 365 and classic management. Next: ShareGate Apricot - embracing and managing Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc. (Modern Workplace Management). And last, and by no means least: ShareGate Overcast - streamlining cost control management in the cloud. 
 


Why we’re looking for you

We need someone to focus on jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) who has the required creativity to clearly communicate to our clients what our products have to offer. He will take an active part in strategic thinking sessions regarding the commercialization and manner in which we promote new versions of our three products. This is a first for us, so a candidate’s expertise on how to publish, communicate and use a single narrative everywhere is very important to generate a “wow!” factor and experience. 


 
Responsibilities: 
•    Understand our users’ needs, the market and what our competitors are doing 
•    Coordinate, co-create and contribute to the commercialization of our products and their features 
•    Communicate the commercialization strategy and see that is well understood 
•    Act as the main expert on product marketing management within ShareGate 
•    Participate in the continuous improvement of our work methods by challenging how we do things and suggesting innovative improvement opportunities to increase efficiency. 
 

 
So what’s actually involved? 
See that JTBD are duly completed and updated regularly. Ensure that our positioning is one of a kind and that the narrative for our products and features is well-defined. Develop material which will help our teams have a thorough understanding of the market and our competitors. Participate in commercialization strategies and launch plans, detailing how to promote and sell the products and their features. Your communications and the material you will develop must be in English.
