Job Description

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with economic background and good language skills. Responsibilities will range from customer account management support, document management, office operations and procedures, customer relation. Candidates must be self-motivated, quality focused, able to work independently, and have strong teamwork skills. Position requires 1 or more years’ experience in an international company acting in the French speaking countries.
 

Qualifications

• 3+ years strong computer experience , advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work
• Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven
• University degree and professional experience in an international environment
• Proficient user of French and English languages ( Hungarian is a plus )
• Cat B driving license

Additional Information

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

• Organize and maintain all office operations and procedures
• Active role in the preparation of offers, insuring contractual conformity, being the supportive part in the order processing
• Assist with the resolution of account issues, including negotiation with major customers
• Identification of potential bad debts and preparation of associated documentation
• Focuses on delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to company standards
• Adequately document all correspondence with customers
• Maintain and update information of customer condition, escalate changes that require authorization
