Job Description
1. Handling SAP incident/problem level 1 & 2
2. Analyzing and troubleshooting SAP incident/problem level 1 & 2
3. Escalating SAP incident/problem to level 3 if necessary
4. Transferring knowledge and preventive action to end user related to SAP incident/problem
5. Updating IT Service Management Application
6. Documenting SAP incident/problem as knowledge management
Qualifications
1. Experience 1-2 years in handling SAP incident/problem
2. Willing to work from Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng, Jakarta.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills
