GIRO is looking for several software development interns for the fall 2024 session. As an intern at GIRO, you will be an integral part of a development team, collaborating with software experts with rich expertise in public transit and postal services. Come grow and learn with us! In addition to learning how to work in an agile environment, a software development internship at GIRO involves:

• Participating in the design and development stages of large-scale software products: functional design, architecture, detailed design, and programming.
• Developing new features in applications.
• Implementing and testing software functionalities.
• Managing and resolving bugs (OBS).

Your internship will also include:

• Providing technical support to development and project teams using the features developed by your team.
• Writing detailed design documents.

Your profile:

• You have completed at least two years of a bachelor's degree in a relevant or related field (computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mathematics, etc.).
• You enjoy and are proficient in web programming or object-oriented programming.
• You like working in a team and being in a collaborative environment.
• You communicate in French, both spoken and written, like a pro.
