Your functions

The Senior Analyst, Performance Marketing plays a key role in our organization’s impact and in positioning our products and services in all our markets. You take charge of preparing various analysis and research projects, from automating and personalizing the client journey, to establishing metrics and analysing performance, while collaborating in a diverse range of business-development and marketing activities.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyse client data, make recommendations and support the whole department in its various projects, business strategies, and client-experience strategies
  • Collaborate closely on marketing-communications activities relating to client targeting, client segmentation, automating personalized marketing, and analysing these activities’ performance
  • Develop client indicators and metrics, monitor them, and analyse deviations from targets so you can develop recommendations
  • Support the entire business sector with CRM operations and analytics, including implementing automated business processes, analyses, reports and dashboards
  • Act as the guardian of and expert on client data and its quality, so you can maximize its dissemination (voice of the client), use and evolution
  • Collaborate closely with the IS team in the implementation, configuration, documentation and evolution of the CRM as a super user for the entire sector (marketing, sales and business development)
  • Develop and implement means of collecting client data (surveys and other collection methods), from the development of the methodology to meet our needs, up to recommendations following the analysis of operational and experiential data
  • Advise the organization and make recommendations about analysis and performance marketing to maximize results and ensure objectives are reached
  • Support the Director in taking charge of innovative projects and activities related to change management to continuously improve the Marketing and Client Experience team’s practices and tools and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the different activities
  • Stay on top of trends in marketing analytics, client experience, and performance marketing to incorporate best practices into the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related analytical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • More than 6 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and client/customer experience
  • Experience in companies offering B2B products and services
  • Experience in public transit companies or in a software-development company – an asset
  • Solide bagage et maîtrise des meilleures pratiques en analytique, performance marketing et en expérience client, notamment pour exploiter un CRM dans un contexte marketing et vente; Solid knowledge of and proficiency in best practices for analytics, performance marketing, and client/customer experience, to make full use of a CRM in a marketing and sales environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Knowledge of different methodologies in marketing research
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics and Microsoft BI – an asset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High ability to plan, organize and conduct several projects end-to-end simultaneously
  • Initiative, high autonomy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Client-oriented, extremely versatile and adaptable
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in French and English
  • Excellent ability for interpersonal communications and teamwork
